Guild promote issues

So I gotten 2 people to join the guild I trying to promote them (there mains to officer rank) and also made there toons bankers but logging out/zoning closing client is not doing anything. They got the guild invite to the guild. just not getting the officer promote box to accept it or cant pull anything out of the bank only view and i did set everything up right. Any suggestions?

Promoting doesn't show a request box should just do it, you should see the rank in the Guild management box. For the bank are you making sure that you're setting the correct permissions in the guild bank window? On the right of the drop down where it says view only, change it to public or whichever you need.

Tested here and all seems to be working, but if it still has issues then let me know your guild name and I'll see if there's any issues there.

Are you both using ROF2? We had a simular issue, one of us still using Underfoot while other was on ROF2. Fixed it my getting on same client, promoting working fine then.

Yea i am having issues too I used to have guild bank privileges but now i cannot remove items after change to rof2.

ill check but not sure for the other two but im using THF client with wineq2. I can promote my toons and when i do a box pops up to accept officer rank. When I make my toons a banker rank zone i can pull stuff out. But the other two can't ill check once we are done in the zone we are currently in. Ill double check everything on my part and let you know.

Still having issues sorry took a few days. I think it do to different clients maybe. Any chance you just manually making them a officer? Anyways guild name: <Dab Legends>, the names I am trying get promote to officer is Itank and Kontos.

And you're definitely try to promote as the guild leader (officers can't promote)?

I couldn't see anything odd about the set up in the database but I set those 2 as officers now.
