Cleric Staar's Pious Remedy

This is a lv 66 cleric spell. When looking at the description it shows that it only heals for 70hp. I was testing the spell out to see if it was a typo and that it would actually heal for more, but when doing so I found that it did not heal for anything and would still take my mana. Every once in a while I would get an exceptional heal and it would do something, but if I don't get one then I recover no hp with it.

Thanks. I've fixed this server side. It won't change the description but it'll start actually healing once I do a hotfix and you then zone.
