Lillu,
Thanks for looking at it. After your feedback, I think I figured out what was going on. I hit the proc limit or something, maybe.
My initial config was fully buffed with my running around set, I cast Call of the Beastmaster, didn't get any procs, then clicked off all my proc buffs, figuring that would put me under whatever that limit was, but didn't recast Call of the Beastmaster, leaving the active buff up.
Apparently when the buff is cast it checks the limit, and drops the add proc at that point, and then doesn't recheck for it later (even after zoning?)?
Today I started with no buffs, and worked my way up until I ran into the problem again, then resorted and tried again. I was able to get it to work early on, and able to force it to not work by casting later in the sequence. In those cases it was a conflict with spells that added procs, and even when those add proc buffs were removed, Call wouldn't proc until recast.
So, could you share what the current limit is on add proc spell buffs, and what exceptions there are if any? I know there are some Beastlord spells that open up the proc limits, I haven't gotten those yet (haven't flagged for HoH yet), but could you also explain how those work?
Thanks!
