Also, I would like to make a Social that uses this item but I can't figure out the shortname that can be /say to the npc that makes her do the actual port cast.

Can you tell me what that shortname is? Or indeed, has that npc been programmed to accept a shortname?

The price was set for that value forever, since the charm was up on the merchant. Unfortunately the price set on items (and reflected at the web tools) are almost never equal to the in-game value. Nor faction, nor sell rate, nor server side sell/buy modifier rules are considered at the web tools. So your best bet is to check prices in-game, that's what it is. Maybe one day it can be polished out, not super high on the priority list anyhow.

IIRC you can use the 3rd party tools to make them hail the npc, then click yes to the popup box

Nilbus, the way you read my mind was just plain spooky. I had already visited a page at the RaidAddicts website and found that TLO (at least I think its called a TLO). I just had not tried experimenting with that yet.

I might make a new entry in Third Party Software about making a hotbutton for this, since it involves some script lines that are not usually found in simple stuff. At least, not simple for me.
