Round Cut Tool

Hello Forest Admins,

I noticed that the Round Cut Tool doesn't seem to be on the merchants that it should be on. ( I checked Riwel in Guild Hall and Vale, and Merchant Kweili in gfay.

This is used in the recommended Jewelry Making levelling recipe Round Cut Lapis Lazuli.

Also of note, is that the database shows that that Round Cut Lapis Lazuli recipe doesnt seem to return the Round Cut Tool. Making that a very expensive combine (a 9 silver Lapis Lazuli and a 5 plat tool.. ouch), seems like it should return the tool.

Heya, click-off the "Show only items I can use" toggle button on the merchant window and it should show up. Honestly, not sure why it's like that, we'll have to take a closer look.

A side note, that recipe may look wrong on the database, but it returns the round cut tool success or fail.
