ROF2 Banker Flag

I have a feeling everyone is going to scream at me NO DUH, but I wasn't able to use the ROF2 client to flag a player as a banker (they could withdraw and even deposit to holding area, but not put items in the bank) and the guild permissions were not sticking after zoning from the guild leader account. Then I realized the server probably still needs to support UnderFoot clients. So I dusted off my old machine and logged in using UF and was able to flag my new cleric as a banker. Was wondering if there is a way to add a command line or something for ROF2 clients to flag a player as a banker. Obviously low priority but figured I'd post anyway.

Yeah I recall something about this being an issue, will take a closer look soon.
