Cloak of Solteris

Cloak of Solteris has unknown activation in game, and wont click. Also it doesn't have a worn2 like other items from T9 Soltaris.

Cord of Dark Bindings worn2 isn't showing in game, so not sure if it's working, hard to tell with 5% crit chance.

Just posting here for additional feedback on this cloak;

Cloak of Solteris currently has no worn2 but the other ones do: Battle Torn Cloak , Cloak of the Sun God , Cloak of the Darkest night

Also noticing there isn't a specifically war/zerker/monk niche cloak (as one is healers, one is casters, and the other is a mix of melee). Not really a big deal if this all/all can get a decent worn2 along the lines of the other cloaks. Maybe just put warrior on the Darkest Night cloak for melee mitigation and put some sort of dps oriented worn2 on this. Just some ideas.
