Returning player - Stuck in hidden forest

Hello, I played on here several years ago and started some new characters today. However, when I try to zone into crushbone (or any zone for that matter), I get the loading screen but arrive back in the hidden forest.

I just tried zoning into the guild hall with an old character and the same thing happened. Even though, this did not occur a few days ago when I logged in for a moment and jumped into the guild hall. So I'm guessing I did something recently that would cause this. I use the THF launcher so I assume my files are fine.

I suspect it has something to do with security, as I've been messing around with 'run as admin' settings and read-only settings to try and get MQ2 to work (which it does now). Anyone have any ideas?

If you have access to another EQ install i honestly would try to grab those Zone files and place em in the EQ install you trying to play here.

I wouldn't rely to much on that the THF launcher update all Zone files, pretty much if they are custom files yes. If they are not custom files it's more like a maybe.

Seems like most Zones are currently down.

OK, I'll try giving a fresh install a shot.

I logged in and saw some people in Guild Hall, and I still couldn't zone in so I don't think it's a server issue.

There were some issues with zones loading. We've just rebooted the server and are looking into what caused it. Sorry for the inconvenience. Welcome back!
