Tested the worn 2 and after noticing nothing takes dmg i took a look and

[Slot 1] Damage Shield: -1500

And another thing
Skill Mod: Dodge +0%

Also BRD and CLR are listed while i don't see a problem with it especially since i don't think a Healer or Caster secondary drops in Solteris.

Should it get a clicky ? not sure .

But would it be possible maybe also equip it in the back ?

So it looks like when I tested this I must have had a small damage shield on a buff somewhere as apparantly item damage shields only apply when you already have a damage shield from a spell. that's not how I wanted the shield to work so will fix it for next patch. Will add the dodge on too.

I thought this was fixed since this update: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=15453

I'm sure I had it working when I tested but the damage shield mechanics did have a lot of conditions so maybe it still needs some tweaking. Can you check what other or if any other damage shields are active?

Mine is working. Both types of the mage DS are also stacking with it. The only thing even remotely wrong I can see is the worn DS, which is also stacking, is capping at 30 or so points.
