Haste is only 45% on item 80678, looking at other tier 9 belts looks like it should be 65%.

Adding to this as it drops in the same zone and I just noticed I had one in a bag.

Girdle of Solusek Ro 80688, haste on it is 45% as well and it is for pure melee. Stats are lower on this one than Dark Runed belt which side by side would be the hybrid version of the same item.

We'll see about this. Not everything meant to be the same value on a set tier. These belts have higher stats so you'd basically turning in more stats to less haste.

It was just an observation in comparing items. After looking at mystats there are other items at T8/T9 with higher haste that overwrite that anyway.
