What are these for? lol Is a GM just messing around?

In honor of the massive kill of one of them today i say anyone who deals 20k dmg or more to one of these during a fight, and it dies, gets a clicky illusion of whatever race that particular Slayer was! lol I wouldn't mind that werewolf model we killed today

Obviously i'm jk lol (maybe, it would be pretty cool but i doubt that would happen lol) but in all seriousness what are they for? An event?

They are skill trainer dummies. Some color in-game. ChaosSlayer put him in THF, but looks like he got way more popular than it was expected, lol!
