Hey all and maybe a return?

So I’ve gotten the EQ itch again after losing interest in WoW for the 5,000th time and there not being a decent tlp experience in the foreseeable future.

Been thinking about returning to the forest but before I always played solo single box and eventually would kinda hit a wall.

I don’t hVe any experience with multi boxing with any programs and while interested, seems like a huge learning curve for myself.

Is me joining a guild and being a solo player getting to see content viable on the server, or should I plan to invest time in learning how to multibox?

Thanks for your time here. Hopefully have my computer hooked back up tomorrow!

I would learn to box. THF has a Discord channel that you can find a wealth of info on.

I think it's a both/and kinda situation. Learning to box will allow you to log in and tackle content at your leisure, but, if you can find a guild that works for you, obviously that would be fun. :D

That’s kings what I figured and I went ahead last night and started the process with mq2. Spending a day or two setting up and learning a box group seems worth it because u really do enjoy the content on the server.

What size bro am I probably looking at to do tier content? I’m thinking I wanna run through a a group of 6 initially but have a feeling I’m gonna need more than that for Content at the top end.

My boxing experience on this server was gradual. I kept adding people as I gained experience. This was pre-MQ2 for me. Once I added that the world changed.

I did all the way up to tier 5 with one group before I added MQ 2, so I would say 6 is solid for quite some time.

Tier 7 and above, I think 2 groups make it doable.

HOWEVER, I know of a certain monk that does everything without even a full grp, and doesn't use MQ2. Usinea (Shannix?) can probably better advise you about that better than I.

Rock on, welcome to the server! :D
