Beastlord cant train the block skill

Hello,

New to the server and first time trying the Beastlord class.

I am 22 and went to train the skill block at the GM and am unable to do so.

No Skill points get used and nothing happens.

could anyone help?

There were a couple skills that did the same thing to me when I made my BST. I didn't think much of since I was going to have him at 70 so quick. It did let him train on it eventually.
