Maybe it's just me, but mob accuracy in high end zones (kael, ssra, tov) seem to be way up there since the update.
EDIT: I think it has something to do with this change: "AC in calc will now not cap at 0. What this means: A level 65 hitting a level 1 will now hit for a majority of attacks at or near maximum damage, it should affect any other situations."
Any yellow mob or higher seriously rapes me now, whereas whites probably hurt as yellows/reds did before, and blues are not so bad.
