Troll's Head Mask quest

I got the task, and I have collected enough materials to complete the task. The tasks show completed and the next step is to talk to Rungupp in Paineel. However when I hail him he tells me to go get more meat. I went back and tried gathering more, however it does not change anything. It seems the quest is not updating something correctly.

Gnomesmacker is the character on which I finished the tasks if you want to check his flags.
