Would it be posible to have these 4 dragons for the st key put on a different respawn timer something along the lines of 18 or 30 hours or have them spawn each at different times so other time zones get a chance at them.

instead of staggered i would say 26 hour respawn instead of 24 (that way each time its cleared it would shift 2 hours if perma camped).

See, this is what we've been going through our ENTIRE progression.

Another guild farming mobs that we need at times we can't kill.

First time we do it to you and you whine on the boards, I'm sorry no.

We are still keying Mains for sleeper, only 4 people are key'd currently.

And while you're 4th and 5th alts and Brand new people to the server mains couldn't get a sleeper key. We have not been able to raid for loot for 3-4 days because you have the North ToV dragons timed. So this isn't working for either of us.

I'm working on a proposal to fix all of this, without screwing with mob re spawn timers which they won't do.

Ahem leave the drama for the drama threads

i was mearly stating a staggering spawn as an objective opinion but then if i had my way all spawns would be staggered by +/- 20% on their spawn times. however i see now reason to reduce the spawn time as tyler has already graciously reduced it from the 72 hour spawn time before to the 24 hour now which is more balanced, anything less than 24 hours would be to quick in my opinion. again take my opinions with a grain of salt since i cant claim 100% unbiased, however i try my best to look at things in a bigger picture.

As for the NToV killings those are unofficial kills, no DKP is earned nore is it planned. It is not like we can tell our members "hey stop killing stuff when your logged on", of course we can encourage to desist perma camping, ToV that's a definite but outright asking us not to touch NToV is unfortunately not a piece of drama i am willing to touch.

This post should have been made in the drama section, because it was posted to start drama.

I don't care that you guys don't get DKP for killing NTOV mobs, that doesn't effect me one bit.

What does effect me is the fact that we're on NToV currently logging into raid and seeing all the mobs we want to kill dead does.

I wouldn't lock down Glyphed or Rhag 1 and 2 if a new guild was raiding SSRA, but that's exactly what you're doing to us in NToV.

And yes you can tell your members, Don't kill that zone for awhile, another guilds on progression. I would do that in a heartbeat I'm not out to be selfish.

And now you want to take away from us the one thing we can actually raid because you kill everything else? I'm sorry but that's just sad and selfish.

Lillu / Tyler I 100% posted this to start solutions to fix the bottlenecking not as a drama string that it seems to have turned into so move it ,delete it, w/e just leave me out of it, its not that important to me.

Just wanted to say: raiding- fun for the members, nightmare for the guild leaders :mrgreen:
Back on LIVE on my server the guilds were ripping each other apart over rotation to clear VT. The flames flew as high as personal threats in RL: two of the rival guilds leaders actually lived on same street - oh boy did they hated each other!
We really don't want that, don't we :mrgreen:
There is always someone who will be unhappy. Personally I would set raid mobs on 27 hours schedule so they "rotate themselves".

I just wanted to say...

The drama on the boards, does not remotely equal the drama in game. In game all members of all guilds have been respectful and cooperative with each other (in game)..

The leader of Help Desk has taken time to post about raids they have planned, and it would seem everyone on server has complied to those wishes.

Since Help Desk has moved to the point they are capable of running certain high end encounters without a raid (namely Kael); I would hope you see the double edge of the sword.

There has been many times when members wanted Kael, and mobs were not up... As HD you do and have first call on such mobs. But this dibs on mobs can not cross Kael, Tov, and ST key dragons.

The only reason for me posting anything on this subject is to point out, that IN GAME members of all guilds and those who are not guilded. Have been helped and continued to be helped by members of all guilds. Any and all drama on boards does not even remotely come close to the comradery that we all express in game.

To get to the point of the post, it seems to be a problem with coordination between guilds, and should not be the problem of the admins......... May I suggest to ALL guild leaders to use the PM system and talk to eachother :)

I've tried talking to Jeido on some of the mobs, and he gives me the same excuse as Sarcon, those aren't raid mobs to you guys.

But it is absolutely screwing up the progression of a lot of our main people who have been here since the beginning of the guild. Just because its not a raid mob to you doesn't mean it isn't a raid mob.

As far as Kael goes, I have only personally killed Avatar of War once, Harney has killed him twice, and he's a 12 hour mob. And when we killed Avatar, someone had already killed: Statue, Idol and Vindi. Also, I've been told by Sarcon that sometimes he doesn't spawn when he's supposed to.

I've killed Tormax 3 times in a month and a half, and the last time we tried the zone crashed. But its not a zone we would have even bothered with unless NToV was down, and if you have members that want it just let me know I have np letting them come with us or working out a time.

You have to remember there's also a new 8 Boxer that I've never seen leave Kael, and a new 5 Boxer that I just helped get 1.5. unguilded.
