BoF definitely increases Mana Flare damage.

I'm seeing Brilliance of Fear, but not Brilliance of the Elder, focus Mana Flare 3 strike on my wiz. YMMV.

I really like what devs did with the npc Tali in the Guild Hall. That seems like the right place for all guild instanced porting.

It's going to take a bit of work on your part to resolve the issue. I'm not sure you can find the help you need on this forum. The nice thing about Everquest is you can keep a fresh OEM copy of the game directory on hand as a restore source just in case you get your emu directory flummoxed. Good Luc...

GC does, in fact, increase spell crit dmg (the context of the OP).

I don't know the mechanics, but your numbers are caps I see as well. Hope you get this answered to your satisfaction.
