in my personal opinion i think you went a little overboard on the SK Lifetap Buff Procs, i went from every 3-6 swings yesterday, now im at 1 every 40-50 sometimes more, meanwhile people with lifetap weapons are proccing several times a fight, i dont think you should lower theirs but maybe up the sk ...
