Re: The different client softwares

The EQEmu supported clients are mentioned here: http://www.eqemulator.org/wiki/wikka.php?wakka=PlayGuide Some of the features available in the newer clients are listed here: http://www.eqemulator.net/wiki/wikka.php?wakka=ClientFeatures Keep in mind that THF does not have the SoD HP/Mana/End formulas...

Re: SoD now Purchaseable for 19.99 USD via

I am not sure that your post makes sense. If the download is legal and purchasable online, I don't know why there would be issues posting the link to it. Though, it also doesn't make sense why SoD would be for sale for $19.99 now considering that EQ is free up to HoT now that EQ went F2P. The only c...

Re: How to play without buying a copy of Eq

Another good place to BUY a good copy of everquest for SOD or UF is from Steam if it is still available. There hasn't been any version of EQ1 available on Steam for a few months now. We are hoping they will add a new client there at some point, but there is no way to be sure if they will or not. Th...

Re: SoD or Underfoot vendor

That is true, and if you had previously purchased any version of EQ from Steam, that would be the case. However, Droonkan, I don't think you are following what they are trying to say. The issue is that there are no longer ANY versions of EQ available for purchase from Steam. If you search for Everqu...

Re: Useing the same ui hotkeys, and set up as another toon.

Or, if you run any of the clients after Titanium, you can simply log into your new character and then go to options and use the copy UI button from there. Then, select the character you want to copy the UI from and load it and you are done. One of the many benefits of running the newer clients :)

Re: Crash periodic - Just Standing or Something

You may want to try the SoD or UF clients, since they are considerably more stable than Titanium and see if that helps your issue. If you still crash about the same amount, then you probably need to look into a possible issue on your PC like RAM going bad or overheating.

Re: need help

This most likely isn't due to a client specific issue, so it is probably posted in the wrong section.

Re: Can not manually eat food

This issue should only occur on SoF+ clients. I am sure it is due to the most recent update I made on the SVN to resolve some other issues with clicky items. Since food does not have an actual click effect on it, I think the fix should be pretty quick and simple. I will look into it a bit and should...

Re: Graphic Armor Velious SoD

The eqclient.ini files do not include all possible field settings. For most of them, they should be interchangeable between most clients. You should be able to copy in the Velious armor related settings into your SoD eqclient.ini file and they should work. I don't think the ones you listed are all o...

Re: Underfoot - a scion gargoyle (mistmoore ldon)

Many of the older models were replaced with new versions in the newer clients. When they did that, they changed which models are loaded in some zones so that they use newer models or newer global models such as the new gargoyles. There are 2 ways to resolve this. Either the server can be changed to ...
