Qeynos Hills to West Karana's will put you facing back toward Qeynos.

Also, I got teleported almost all the way back to the Qeynos Hills zone-in and a wierd message about not being able to travel through interplanar dimensions when I tried to zone from the West Karanas to North Karana.
