how is it possible i still have toons in zone and in one zone mobs are respawning should i even bother killin as this info will be wiped after?

Help with Favor for Gimmel - Gimmel - Paludal Caverns
Hi, I just started playin on thf and having alot of fun . I am having a problem with this quest Favor for Gimmel in Paludal Caverns I cant seem to find gimmel i searched the whole zone maybe Im just blind. I'm not the best with loc searching in dungeons like that but it seems like he should be close...
