1) Cast CH only, which starting at a 60% countdown means you lose (as a necro) your 1.5 pet 8 out of 10 times. I don't use a cleric bot, but as a suggestion to fix this issue why don't the bots use the Light line of spells and completely remove complete heal off the bot? I don't see many situations...

My paladin hasn't lost aggro regardless of the use of taunt that I have seen. The only time I have lost is if a warrior accidentally taunts off.

Is it possible to add Robe of the Traitor as an item that can be converted to a tunic via Tunic the Tailor?

It is a robe graphic item that druids can use, however druid races do not get a robe graphic therefore the graphic ends up being like you are wearing nothing on your chest.

I am curious if it is possible to make single target heals if cast with an NPC on target to cast on the person casting the spell? Instead of trying to cast on the NPC and causing a "will not hold" message. This would be really cool for say a paladin tanking to single target heal themselves...
