Having issues with the fragment of luclin and not having it give me a moon specpter frame. I hail it and all I get is "Fragment of Luclin hum softly as it fades in and out of sight."

I find this odd because I have done this quest on other toons and not had a problem.

I can't wait. I think the zones themselves have been better, but I was getting random crashing on zoning.

Pings still seem a little higher than normal.

I will try Nadox later as it seems to be the the worst when a large number of toons are loaded in.

Fabled dropped 15 marshmallows and they all counted, sadly no augment.

I noticed that they AC on the goblins was a lot higher. My monk was hitting for 30 to 90 for his regular punch, on the T8 dumby he hits for about 2000. Not sure if this was intended as the fabled still takes normal damage.

I am no longer able to access toons. Is anyone else having this problem?

I am in the zone right now. I am unable to hit mobs unless they attack me directly, no assisting. Pets will not attack unless directly defending thier masters, and the health bars do not stay in sync.

I can heal and loot ok, so its not like the whole zone is out of sync.

Goblins are not taking dmg as expected. I can target them and attack but do not get hit messages until. It is acting like you are underwater and cannot target till a mob hits you. Your repop was ok, but when the next pop occurred the next night the issue returned. Could it be related to both West and north zones starting at the same time?
