If I recall slam deals one point of damage but stuns the mob for two seconds. The problem is, 99% of mobs on THF are immune to stun, and the ones that aren't aren't really worth stunning. Stick with kick IMO, it does much better damage

You can exchange the armor with the augs still in it. Be careful with some of the turn ins though, the NPC eats wizard boots and I'm not sure if it was ever fixed

According to magelo you're level 69. If you delevel with a required level 70 item equipped, it will stay equipped but you won't get the stats, and if its a weapon, you'll just use your hands.
