Being an owner of the Warrior BP, the click does not mitigate damage or provide healing. It's an AOE that combines Taunt, Raw Hate, and a Debuff to the NPCs in its radius for a few seconds. I am still very much kill-able.

Dread is back to his old stingy self, just killed him at 1:10pm est and he dropped one item off his loot table.
I started using the Underfoot client about a week ago.

Never happened before but characters are getting killed by taking some type of damage from Hatchet.
Not showing as melee or spell damage, but you get the message:
