There hasn't been any version of EQ1 available on Steam for a few months now. We are hoping they will add a new client there at some point, but there is no way to be sure if they will or not. The F2P client is fairly functional, but definitely not nearly as playable as the officially supported EQEm...

I was just wondering if there is a way to play THF without needing to pay for Everquest.
In other words, is there a way I can play this server for free? I know that Everquest went free-to-play but I was told that the free client will not work for this server.

Any suggestions?
