I can cast on a player in a range outside of the spell range, but inside of the modified spell range from Dark Distance, and I'll get a successful cast, and an "Out of Range" error on a twin-cast. I assume if it doesn't obey the distance focus, then they probably don't obey the other focus...

When I try to open the portal with the group leader while in a raid, it creates a single instance for the group leader, and every subsequent group member that joins just gets their own instance.
