The hail will not flag you for T3, it is used in part for the DSK flag. The T3 dragons I think are 12 hour respawn.. I would suggest keeping a few chars that you do not mind letting sit around, sit in the zone and watch for them.. they are pretty heavily camped by players to gain access. T3 access m...

Possible that you are missing files? Is your current THF spell file up to date? also have you tried to run to these zones and walk into them rather then port? and if so, are you able to get into the zone that way?

Anyone else have this issue.. Have tried it with and without pets.. have still had issues.. only effects me in T8 Instance.
