If you're able to plow hards, yeah. Non-raid geared players aren't gonna waste 2 normal runs for convenience. I think convenience should be free (especially when that convenience is only hailing 1 npc in the hub zone), but whatever.

Ah, figured searching "bronzewood" in the fletching kit and "cold steel" in the forge would cover all my bases... thanks
