I'm returning as well, with an AMD 7900 at 4500MHz and was seeing super speeds. I went into BIOS and dropped it to 4200MHz and seems to be working.

Level 53 - Counterattack Discipline is a riposte discipline, although it only lasts for two ticks. And Nimble (55) is a dodge (I believe) discipline which lasts for two ticks.

I can of agree with TheBloodmoon that the 3k rune won't mean a squat on a raid encounter.
