If you are asking if it can be increased by the player, then yes, if you have focus effects that increase healing.

Why would it need to be increased? It is already a 1500 a tick heal.

I would stick to the 2 hand slashing, unless you find a really good 1 hand slasher and shield.

Right now I'm playing a BL (named Qaark) that is at level 57. I've taken him around Natimbi (still need the High Priest or whomever for my badge), KC, CoM, and a bit into Nag and PoV. Roshu in Unrest keeps spawning, there has got to be over 100. They are start to spawn with "!" in front of his name. I think its up to three "!!!". It is make massive amounts of lag when you get any where near him.
