A lot of mobs in PoAir aggro through walls and go underworld. I know it happens to all the flying/floating ones if they happen to go through a wall, but I don't know if it is exclusive to them. I can't seem to find the thread where the 16% mod on air augs was discussed, but Strong Neck only has a 15% Double Attack mod on it currently. Misty Foot already has a 15% Double Attack mod on it, so can a different 16% mod be put on the neck, perhaps offense?

I have had this happen with having a crippling debuff from a raid boss overwrite haste, and then being unable to get haste to stick after removing the debuff.

or can it be put on the Sleeper with a decent drop rate?

You'll find later in raiding that you need certain HP minimums to survive certain encounters. Until then, AC augs are not a bad deal.
