Most of the time if you jump off the ledge to the floor where AOW is they will pop back up from under world.
Normally i just run in the room and jump down the 4 mobs agro and follow and dont seem to go under world when they are down there

I have never seen anything different in Fear. I have always been summoned by mobs no matter if i cause dmg to them or not. Once i pull them they start summon, i just got use to it and stopped pulling more then 4-5 mobs
