My warrior received this buff (seemingly as a proc?) while I was fighting Valik in DSK3. Presumably it shouldn't be getting it purely based off the spell name so just throwing it out there.

Spell hitting a previously safe area sounds a lot like the issue I am having w/ fevarn's silence.

Seems to still be hitting my healers unfortunately

Spiritual Endowment Rk. II is the cause

As far as I could tell I was not. I will double check the next time the issue arises and post what I see again.

Tried using your position, and while it was better in the sense that I got silenced less frequently he was still able to silence my healers there.

It was happening on Kerani, the Egg Keeper or whatever in Nadox. Also happened on Valik in DSK about 30 min ago.

While I don't know the specifics of what is causing the reduced damage and havent parsed. I am doing a lot less damage. Normally I have Valik down in DSK3 by the time i get my 2nd round of disc defensive (Disc -> Ring -> Disc) however I only have him at 50% currently. So idk if its an issue of heatl...

Had this happening, seemed to correct itself by rebinding at the NPC for me.
