I tried a clean install of ROF2, I even tried a clean install of Underfoot. Both still have the same problem. I am launching the client directly with "eqgame.exe patchme", no ISBoxer, MQ, WinEQ or anything else. And I also did try installing versions of DX9, the older version that is known...

I even set all of windows to only run on one core and it made no difference. Installing an older version of DX9 didn't work. I'm out of ideas.
