With the recent patch - I'm seeing about 7200-8000 DPS on my T4 monk now. Getting closer to the BST range. I'm very interested to see how this will scale in the coming tiers. I have my eye out for all +haste items.

Here's some initial testing after the patch: Good improvement on T3 Monk with 800AAs (1.8-2.5k before --> ~4k after). I've seen this happen before with bots and I don't think it has anything to do with MQ2. When you zone, try disbanding the whole group, summoning your bot, and inviting your bot to the group first. Then invite the other members to the group.
