The Hidden Forest

Belt of the Canyon shows a worn2 effect of 550 additional health regen. It doesn't look like it actually gives that effect when worn currently.

I'm aware of how BS damage works.

I'm just curious why these items have this stat if it serves no function? Did it used to work, or was it always pointless? Is it just mod2 BS damage that got stuck in the wrong place, etc?
