The Hidden Forest

I recently did this quest on some of my toons. Is the reward supposed to scale somehow? a few of my chars got T1 mask while the rest of them got T9.

can zone into Chaos now but event is bugged killed it from 100-0% no curse and no phases. worst of all no loot lol

attempted to zone raid into instance all clients locked up. Tried to log them back in they all became stuck

does anyone know where the lvl 70 beastlord spell Spirit of Savegery is found/purchased? Not much info on the web tools

clicked Rhythmic Boots of Heavy Metal from CoTW on my bard Danzig and they disappeared not sure if thats supposed to happen but didn't see anything about charges on the boots.
