Was able to resolve by porting out then going up to the npc and pay 500pp again.

Rallos was up in the new instance

I had the same thing happen to me today. But I had bane weapons equipped on all but pets....


I also noticed that none of my rangers hit Rallos once, even though they had the Dark Arrow of Tactics equipped in ammo slot.

Is it possible to get:

Pouch of Tactics
Pouch of Strategy
Dark Frozen Heart

to summon a stack of 100 items instead of the current 20 please?
