It have Aged Power (Worn) Increase Haste v3 by 17%
but no haste increase when i check #mystats

Description of this effect is : Strikes your target with a hand of retribution, decreasing their hit points between 350 and 350 and healing your group in return.
so i thought its a group healing effect, but i just tested it only healing on myself, no benefit for group.

how about elemental legging from FRO?
