You are just having bad luck. I had to get that key 8 times, some i would get on 1st clear, others would take hours

My personal experience from killing this guy(over 100 times) I have probably seen the arrows drop 4-5 times. So everyone will have different luck. I got the stupid Glowing Black Ball almost every time, or cloth helm =P
