Would you consider removing/extending the fail timer on Xeru?
Was in the last phase of the Xeru fight, when xeru begins to change forms, and failed due to this.

To make monk and possibly sk/nec bots feign death!

Xeru script is buggy, first attempt zone crashed shortly after making Xeru vulnerable.
On second attempt xeru never became vulnerable after slaying caretaker.
EDIT: crashed again 17% 3rd attempt.
