Yes, I have done the instance a few times before. By "running through it twice" I mean I killed all the trash mobs in it. There is usually at least ONE boss on the way to the Farseer sister plus the ones you get after the sister. I had to gate out. The characters I used were Nuru, Cannibal...

Ran through it twice and both times there have been no bosses and the Farseer sister inside not up.
