I'm not sure whats causing this, it lands 100% on other toons, but every now and then it wont apply to Wizard even if his in close proximity.

I tried checking for buff stacking problems, but with the same buffs it wont apply most of the time..

I like it the way it is, beneficial out of los is one of the things that make EQ, EQ.

The mana preservation focus isnt working with Chaotic Detonation. Wiz 2.0 focus Jaled's Flame Optimizer indicates 45% mana pres. On avgerage the spell is costing around 1300 mana, base cost is 1800, which should take it down to 990 mana. Looks like it's only taking the 20% mana pres from focus items...

I'm not requesting any spesific classes being revised, from what i can see things are pretty balanced, i just wanted to see for myself how the different melee classes matched up against eachother and since i already went through the motions, might aswell share the results :p

Did 4 parses Monk, Rogue, Berserker and 2handed Monk(reparm staff with arbitor claw). They all got 2.5 and similar focus items. Monk and Rogue both have fire proc weapons with true fire, Berserker has Emp aug and sleeper fire focus. Rogue has slighty better overall gear than Monk, Monk has slightly ...

I'll run a few more and post the results. Yeah monk is missing 2 weapon augs and the ST hammer dosnt have any dd proc. Really suprising that monk is that close to rogue with 2 augs missing and no chromatic focus, considering both have panther and chaotic blade. I'm fine with monk being slightly high...
