planar stun is't a bad proc to use on that it wont stun the mobs will probly get resisted alot but will grab some good aggro worth a try=)

kk its better now but just little to low now if you could raise it a lil solo i proc like 2-3 times per fight in valor i think thats a little low could be just me

how about make the sebilis neck all/all so you dont gotta go in making a new item and adding it to a loot table and stuff

another cool zone would be timorous deep its better big and lots of different camps ppl could do + can always setup the birds and raptor there would be pretty fun cause is't there like 8 island there=)
