While I don't know the situation of rogues at level 70, to solve the life tap problem of giving rogues extra DPS, you can make it a rune instead; giving them the added survivability while not adding any additional DPS.

After the reboot about 10 minutes ago Power of the Shadows is finally "fixed"! As expected, Power of the Shadows is currently proccing Strike of the Knight (which is what we wanted I assume), which is one SID up from the one listed in the database for the spell. Still a very weird bug, but...

That's because Lillu hasnt reloaded yet :) Ack! The bug is a lot worse now since the reboot 5 minutes ago!
