Has a +20% mod to the skill Block. The shield is War/Sk/Pal only and none of these classes have this skill. It's a monk only skill. I think this was supposed to be +20% to parry?

Aren't shields supposed to use the Block Skill? With one equipped you Block. Not sure how this works though since none of the classes that use a shield have this skill.

correct me if i am wrong, but isnt there a Pally aa called Shield Block that adds the block skill if you are using a shield?

nah you cant get the skill Block as a pal/sk the aa just increases your chances of avoiding melee dmg while using a shield. Block is a skill monks get becuase when you parry you use a weapon to block an oncoming attack and monks aren't really supposed to use weapons.
