BUG on sune's vambracers of eternal life

hello, i recently noticed (after last patch) that when i tell my sune to buff she only buffs the person that says buff and not my whole group..anyone else having this issue?? the normal THF sune still buffs group just not my clicky one

/tgb off on the character getting the buff i think is the fix

tryied that both ways..turning it on and off and didnt work..anyone else think of anything?

Tested and works for me, not sure. If /tgb off it should work.
