Recast type 1 on different items

Hello,

I noticed both webtools/items.php?id=119722 and webtools/items.php?id=69437 (burger one also) have the same recast type but on different timers.

Can it be changed so both are usable or was it intentionaly made this way?

It was intentionally made that way.

Recast Type 1 is normally reserved for heal clicks

Orb of Crimson bull and Clawed Guardian Ring trolls me hard:
webtools/items.php?id=7503
Effect: Defensive Discipline
Recast: 60 Minutes(Recast Type: 8)

webtools/items.php?id=6393
Effect: Call of the Hero (Casting Time: 10 sec)
Recast: 10 Seconds(Recast Type: 8)

But I don't really note this, since I assume it was intended to disable the Coh clicky if I click ring on tank

That has been answered a lot. Both recast of ring and coh are working as intended
