HoH Evolve Items not evolving

Think I found the issue and put in a fix for it. I will edit this post as I fix the characters specifically

Fixed:
Kortik
Elend
Dalinar
Ladrian

Is it something that I should double check all my characters for to be fixed, or will whatever is implemented work it all out?

I know a couple chars stopped evolving, I'm just not sure where I was at exactly with my toons

Ggan, Bordamere, Memento and Linaren should have been done with evolving gear.

Jubilex, Samiya, Jugg and Shihan were all wrapping up a final bracer I think. Pretty sure the bracer stopped on 1-2 of them.

Nikkily, Nineveh, Giovanni and Leeo possibly stopped evolving several pieces.
